Note that the application Bonjour is required for ProPresenter to run correctly. Simply click on the appropriate button in the lower right of the window.

The ProPresenter installer will now walk you through the process of installing ProPresenter. Note that when you open the installer from your Downloads folder the operating system might ask for your permission to open the application you can click on the Run button to allow it to open.Ĭlick on Setup to start the installation process. Once you have finished downloading the installation file, open it from your browser's downloads list or from your Downloads folder. (You will, however, need an internet connection to register the program.) If the computer you will be running ProPresenter on doesn't have a decent Internet connection, you can download the program's installer file on any computer (Mac or Windows) and move it to the computer that will have ProPresenter installed on it. ProPresenter is only offered as downloadable software we do not ship physical media for the software.

If you need an earlier version of ProPresenter, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Version History you can click on the version number on the left side to download the necessary version, or click Show Details on the right to see the release notes for that version. This version will always be the newest publicly released version, so it is a great place to download ProPresenter if it is your first time using it, if you need to install it on a new computer, or if you need to update a computer that doesn't have internet access.

To download the most recent version of ProPresenter, click the download link at the top of the page (seen below). You can also browse to the Download page by hovering your mouse over Download on the top right of any page on our website, then clicking on ProPresenter.
